We plan to build sidewalk along the east side of 188th Avenue from Blanton Street to Westword Street. Sidewalk will be added to the west side of 188th Avenue from Westword Street to Kinnaman Road.
A pedestrian crossing with a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) will be built across Kinnaman Road at 188th Avenue. RRFBs are crossing signals with flashing lights that turn on when a pedestrian presses a button. Additional sidewalk will be built where Blamon Court, Cascadia Street, Wedgefield Lane and Westword Street intersect with 188th Avenue to accommodate pedestrian crossings.
